This is me, wasn't I such a cute kid?
I can't figure out what happened . . .
See more pictures of me when I was cute, of course, I'm still totally adorable even today.
So what else is there to say about little ol' me? Heck, I don't know, duh . . .
Name: Adrian Smith, aka Skippy, Skip Doggie Dog, Smithy, Wire Weenie, The Doctor and most often "hey shit-head"
Birthday: 29th of August - Be sure you get me a good present, money always works. All the other days of the year I have an unbirthday. Tea parties & presents welcome.
Home: Texas, the greatest place. Weimar, a small town of idiots and old people. Really, really dull & boring. But where you was raised is where you was raised. It can't be changed. Take a look at the house I grew up in and my mother and other family members.
Mental Capacity: 3 brain cells. One devoted to looking at girls, one devoted to photography, the remaining brain cell handles all other functions.
Maritial Status: Yeah, that's going to happen.
Hobbies / Interest: Walking, running, biking, volleyball (when I get the chance), weight lifting now and then, yoga, exercise videos (when I don't feel like leaving the living room) & sleeping. Reading, writing, theatre (acting, watching, backstage), eating, watching cute girls & sleeping. Good beer, cigars, Shakespeare, watching Casablanca over and over, & sleeping. Computers, Linux, 204EastSouth.com. Oh yea, and sleeping.
Military Service: 3 years in the 10th Mountain Division, 3rd Bat / 14th Inf / 2nd Commado Brg. It was fun with explosives and live ammo. Trained by the government to kill people. A pretty cool deal if ya ask me.

Photos of the Moutain in action, and in some cases, inaction. |
Inspired by Dilbert: Read some true tails of in-duh-viduals in my life. It's so difficult being surrounded by idiots all the time.
I have a sense of humour. If you don't, you should get one. They are nice. Read some jokes and lighten up.
You can visit my internet links page with places I think are interesting or cool.
Some people collect autographed photos of actors, writers, etc. I'm strange. I use to collect autographed photos of politicians, "political pundits" and new anchors. Yes, I'm serious. Take a look at my collection. I haven't added any lately, as I have been avoiding politicians like the scum of the Earth they are.
Favourite Movies: I think most movies these days suck. Tho recently I have seen a few I liked. Lost in Space, X-Files, the newest versions of Romeo & Juliet and Hamlet. The movies I like the most are the ones I actually spend money on & buy the video tapes. So far I have: 2001 A Space Odyssey, Alien, Aliens, Das Boot, Highlander, 16 Candles, The Breakfast Club, (gotta get Pretty in Pink), Scream, Casablanca, The Maltese Falcon, The Blues Brothers, The Thing, Face/Off, The Godfather, Blade Runner, MIB, Escape from LA, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Kelly's Heros. *whew*
New movies I just got, if i can remember 'em all: Air Force One, Pretty in Pink (finally), 1776, Caddyshack, darn, there are 2 more.....
Music: I don't limit myself to certain types of music, I listen to some of everything. It depends more on the group / musician than the type of music. I like most all jazz & classical. Among my favourite groups & people - Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, old Fleetwood Mac, old Genesis, Peter Gabrial, The Blues Brothers, BB King (most any blues), The Police, Hank Williams, Hank Williams Jr., Joe Jackson, Too Short, Alan Parsons Project, Yes, Robbie Robertson, Lisa Loeb, Bananarama, Rush, George Clinton, Sarah McLaughlin, The Who, Tori Amos...... the list could go on. I have waaaay too many CDs.
I like to write. I do some poetry, tho not as much as I use to. In the good old days when I went to high school I use to spend most of my class time writing poetry since the material as usually dull as hell. I don't get to write near as much any more, but I do bang out some now & then. I am also working on some plays, but not making too much progress. You can check out some Bad Poetry by Skippy. Some of it could be offencive due to ideas, language or content, so deal with it.
I also find politics rather interesting, tho not nearly as interesting as how stupid the general population is. For example, most of you think there is a difference between a Republican & a Democrat, and will actually argue this with each other. How you people are smart enough to inhale oxygen escapes me.... Anyhow, if you care to expose yourself to some new ideas, you can read The Truth. Be warned, I am a libertarian, tho I realise most of the population doesn't know what that is.
Here at last, the page dedicated to my kitty cats.
The Nerd Test. I am well known as a nerd, but my score is only 40. Can you beat that? If so, let me know. Take the Nerd Test.
Gosh, I think that's enough for now. If you have any questions, then you will just have to ask them. E-Mail to Skippy.
