And now another sad tale from Jack and Jill.
Cut to Jack and Jill. Subtitle: Jack and Jill, forgot they had 5 children at home.
Jack
Well Bruce, we were spending all of our time looking for affordable furniture.
Jill
But the department store prices were so high, and the furniture specialty stores were no better.
Jack
We didn't mean to leave the children at home alone for a whole week, but we were consumed.
Cut to host.
Host
But this trauma can be overcome.
Cut to Caroline in audience.
Caroline
Ma and Pa were spending all their time shopping for furniture. Once they went off and left Arthur and I alone for 3 days. When they got back I told 'em, why don't you go to Bruce's Easy Rent. Bruce's doesn't just rent, they sell retail, and their prices are lower than all them silly furniture outlets with those silly TV commercials.
