The copyright to all images on this CD is owned by On The Fly Photography (OTF) and will be forever owned by OTF.  This ownership if final & absolute.

About the images on the cd:
Usually there will be the following directories:
high-rez:  This will contain 300dpi images suitable for printing.  Usually these will not be retouched.
low-rez: This will contain 72dpi images suitable for use on the internet and they will have a copyright statement on them.
thumbs: This will contain thumbnail images of the low-rez images which can be used if you need thumbnails for a web page.
Other images may be found on the CD according to whatever I may have done with the images.

OTF grants to the person(s) in these images the following rights:

1. To print as many copies of these photos as desired for personal use.  This includes use in portfolios and public display.  Any printed photo must have written on the back "Copyright On The Fly Photography -- 204EastSouth.com"  Before writing on the back of your photo make sure the pen you use will not soak thru or damage the print in any way.  The writing may be as small as you can make it while still being legible. 

2. To use these images on the internet so long as either:  
	1. An image with the copyright statement is used.
	2. Credit is given to OTF and a link is provided to 204EastSouth.com.

3. To edit, crop, resize, retouch and change the file format of these images.  If an edited or retouched photo is used on the internet and the copyright statement is no longer part of the image credit must be given to OTF and a link provided to 204EastSouth.com.

4. To make as many copies of these images as desired on any medium (hard drive, CD, etc.)

5. The right to display these photos publicly.  If displayed outside of a personal residence there must be some accompanying notice crediting the photos to OTF and giving the web address 204EastSouth.com.  This refers to display on a wall, framed, matted, part of an exhibit, etc.

6. The person(s) in these photos is understood to have rights and use of these images excepting the case(s) stated below.

The follow rights are not granted:

1. The right to sell any photo/image on this CD without contacting OTF.  OTF will expect 40% of the selling price.  If time is of the essence in making the sale, OTF may be contacted after the sale.  In that case OTF will expect 45% of the selling price.
