On the wall.
All of these were taken at Fort Collins City Park. For this sequence we used this terrible modern art sculpture thingy which is next to the entrance of the city swimming pool. It's ugly, but it gave Elizabeth something to interact with, and besides, you are suppose to be looking at her, not the art sculpture thingy.
On the wall again. Better on the wall than against the wall I suppose . . .
Again I'm doing the stairway thingy.
Here we are on the pier by the water. I might mention that it is some sickly green looking water at that. Elizabeth was hoping I wasn't going to ask her to get in that stuff. She didn't need to worry, I don't ask anyone to do anything I wouldn't do and I wasn't going near that H2O. Some of these have a strange colour cast you will notice. This was an artifact of the scanning process and I simply left things as they were. I get many results for serendipity, that's why I'm called On The Fly Photography, not Anal Retentive Photography.
I like this sequence a lot. I think things really came together here. The white top and purple wrap look great on Elizabeth, and her hair is awesome. The lighting was perfect, wonderful shadows give a mood to the photos. Some of the best stuff.
I like many of these also. Another example of the light coming through. Wonderful lighting. This shoot started off using flash, then the sun came out and I was able to do many shots with natural light.
Playground equipment, always a good place to turn a model loose. The sky was also looking good as the sun went down. A great natural backdrop. All of these were done using flash.
More flash photography. You can't really tell it, but that is an artillery piece she is on top of.
