We had a final formation and after that a "party". It was actually a very dull event, and a group of us skipped out after the first hour (we ducked out an emergency exit when no one was looking) and went to a tittie bar. Anyhow, most of these photos are from when we were getting ready for the "festivities". Here we see Abella sporting the latest in the military look.

Axe Man, Tony and me. We were singing Temptations songs.

This is Benson & his slut of a wife. We tried to warn him, but no one ever listens. That very night she fucked 3 guys. In his car. Good shit. Check out the facial expressions. He is totally in love, and she totally hates him.

Tony singing and dancing to the Temptations. That's not a beer, it's a microphone.

I don't even remember who these two dorks are except that they were medics. I guess you could just call us the three stooges or something.

SGT Majewski, looking sharp. The glasses are not military issue.

L to R: Majewski, Portell and Floyd (who has no ass) at final formation.

Axe Man and the units other Hawaiian. These two were total trouble, all the time.

Cat Daddy showing what the Mountain thinks of "no smoking" zones.

The last of the final formation series. Axe downs a beer for the road. Not that we in the Mountain consumed alchohol.

Here we are in Canada. I can't believe they let us loose in another country. It could have been an international incident.

Even back then beer and smokes were way expensive in Canada. I can only wonder at how high the prices are now.

SGT Downs, my squad leader and a former Marine and Scott "Ski" Majewski, M-60 gunner from hell. At Fort Carson Ski got into it with a tank commander from the 4th ID. They were having a "verbal dispute" and Ski told him to get out of the tank (the tank commander was up in the hatch) and fight like a man. The tank commander stayed right where he was.

I don't remember why, but I remember taking this photo. Downs was pissed off that day.

This is Jeff when we were doing an op4 (opposing forces) mission. Playing the "bad guys" is fun because you get to break all the rules and do what you want.

Tony Curtis Gilyard (aka TCG from August GA). My main man while I was in the military.

Me, being the bad mother fucker that I am. This was my RTO days. Nothing is more fun than hauling around 40 extra pounds of PRC-77 (pronouced "prick 77").

Still me, still bad, still fucking. On op4.

Scott on op4.

Ski on op4, pulling shotgun on the hummv.

Tony on the most dangerous mission of all, diaper duty. Notice his is armed with a beer.

I wish I had a swing like that in my back yard.

One of the airborne training towers on main post.

I hope that is his finger in front of the lense, and not . . . well, you figure it out.
