Fast Times at Ridgemont High is the greatest "high school" move ever written, maybe because the writer actually went to a high school for a whole year "undercover" as a student in order to get the material. Phoebe's character was an important part of it all - and how real. I've known girls just like this. Anyhowz, apparently Phoebe reached a greater level of popularity in Japan while becoming mostly forgotten over here.
