Invading Alien
Got new orders, wasn't feeling too good.
Warm up my spaceship, new trick up my sleeve.
Kick in the warp drive, head for the target,
with a bottle of virus, lots of guns in the arsenal.
I got a cousin who's high in command
who thought he could get me an easy planet,
but when I got there I ran into problems.
They wouldn't give up without a fight.
Command wont let me do what I wanna do.
Between rebels and red tape I can never get through.
It's no fun being an invading alien.
It's no fun being an invading alien.
Back in my ship got to fill out forms.
I should be out giving demands to the world.
The Doctor lands in his TARDIS of blue.
Oh no, he brought along his companions too.
I don't get no breaks, can't they see --
It's no fun being an invading alien.
It's no fun being an invading alien.
It's no fun being an invading alien.
It's no fun being an invading alien.
An invading alien -- please give up?
Consideration for another life,
'cause I've got to go back and tell it to the wife.
We need you planet, though I'm not sure what for.
Just remember, without me your life would be such a bore.
They try to hurt me, that's all they ever do.
I really think my feelings should be the issue.
I may be alien but I have emotions too.
Some days I feel good and some days I feel blue.
Please don't let the Doctor find out my plans.
If he does it will be out of my hands.
It's no fun being an invading alien.
An invading aline -- oh yea.
That's what I am . . .
